Pressure steam sterilizers produce steam with high humidity and strong penetration under a certain pressure, which can quickly and effectively kill microorganisms. They are one of the main methods for sterilization of instruments. Its characteristics are reliable, economical, fast, and effective sterilization.
The basic structure is as follows: pressure vessel: including sterilization chamber, jacket, door, and other components permanently connected to the sterilization chamber. Made of stainless steel material with an insulation layer. Sterilization room: Space jacket for storing items to be sterilized: A stainless steel structure welded around the surface of the sterilization room, achieving mechanical reinforcement and temperature control in the sterilization room. Steam entering the pipeline system: directly connected to the steam source, the steam is sent to the sterilization room or jacket. Steam drainage pipeline: discharge the steam condensate. Sterilization room discharge pipeline: connecting the sterilization room and the discharge pipeline, it is the channel for the discharge of gas and condensate from the sterilization room to the outside. Water supply pipeline: provides a working water source for the sterilizer. Return air pipeline: Connect the sterilization chamber to the atmosphere, and when the inner chamber is dry, a vacuum is formed. Through the return air pipeline, the inner chamber is balanced with the external atmospheric pressure. The automatic door and sterilization chamber sealing components use compressed air or steam to seal the automatic door and sterilization chamber.
