The STW-D series horizontal pressure steam sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium, and exhausts cold air through gravity to completely penetrate the surface of the item. Over temperature automatic protection device: If the set temperature is exceeded, the system automatically cuts off the power supply.
Door safety interlock device: Electronic door lock is used. Only when the door is closed in place can the sterilizer start the working program. If there is pressure in the inner chamber or the power supply is not connected, the electronic door lock locks the door handle and the door cannot be opened.
Door temperature safety interlock device. When the sterilization liquid is loaded, the door can only be opened when the temperature of the liquid load drops to a safe temperature (below the local boiling point of -20 ℃), to avoid the risk of liquid explosion. It meets the requirements of the "TSG 21-2016 Fixed Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" and GB4793.4. Anti dry burning alarm device: When the water level is lower than the low water level, the heating power is automatically cut off and an alarm message is displayed.
