1. Fully automatic door opening and closing: Automatically open the chamber cover vertically upwards, close the cover automatically, lock the door cover automatically, without the need for manual operation to open and close the door cover;

Ultra cold internal circulation technology

1. Steam emission system: Steam water internal circulation system, built-in SUS304 stainless steel cooling water tank and pre collection water tank, condensate water can be directly discharged.

2. Rapid cooling system: adopting a four fold cooling method including high-efficiency condenser, high-temperature resistant dual axis fan, and two-stage water cooling, with super strong condensation and 100% zero steam discharge phenomenon.

Biosafety Systems 

1. Exhaust safety: Adopting a 0.2 μ m high-efficiency sterilization filter, it can effectively sterilize and filter aerosols, microorganisms, and viruses in steam, with a filtration effect of 99.99%, ensuring the biological safety of operators and the surrounding environment;

2. Drainage safety (optional): After being recycled and filtered, the condensed water will undergo synchronous sterilization treatment online to achieve 100% biological safety;

3. Steam odor purification device (optional): It can effectively purify the odors produced by different sterilized items;

High standard design and manufacturing

1. The company has a special equipment (pressure vessel) manufacturing license and strictly adheres to pressure vessel design and manufacturing standards;

2. Double forming process for straight cut inner liner: The inner liner is made of seamless stainless steel tube with a thickness of 3mm.

3. Design lifespan of pressure vessels: 10 years/20000 sterilization cycles, optional 316 stainless steel material, with a lifespan of up to 20 years.

4. The sterilization basket is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel material, electrolytic polished, and durable.
