Product Overview:

The STW series horizontal pressure steam sterilizer uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium and exhausts cold air under gravity, allowing saturated steam to completely penetrate the surface of the object. It uses high-temperature saturated steam under high pressure to kill all microorganisms and their spores, and the sterilization effect is reliable. It is the most effective method in physical sterilization. Widely used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory and other fields, it sterilizes fabrics, instruments, rubber, liquids and other items.

Performance characteristics:

Adopting microcomputer control technology and touch screen operation, the entire process (heating, sterilization, exhaust, drying) is automatically programmed.

The touch screen automatically displays the operating process status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters, as well as fault alarm information.

There are four sterilization programs available for users to choose from, including fabric, equipment, rubber, liquid, and custom sterilization;

Equipped with an efficient steam generator, it can quickly generate constant pressure steam without contaminating sterilized items.

■ You can choose to configure a micro printer to record the entire sterilization process and fault alarm information in real time.

When the program loop ends and there is a fault alarm, there will be a buzzing prompt.

Equipped with automatic detection and correction of atmospheric pressure, it is convenient for installation, debugging, and equipment operation in high-altitude and low atmospheric areas;

Overtemperature automatic protection device: When the set temperature is exceeded, the system automatically cuts off the power supply.

Door safety interlock device: Electronic door lock is used. The sterilizer can only start the working program when the door is closed in place. If there is pressure in the interior or the power is not connected, the electronic door lock locks the door handle and the door cannot be opened.

The door temperature safety interlock device can only open when the sterilization liquid load temperature drops to the safe temperature (below the local boiling point of -20 ℃), avoiding the risk of liquid explosion. It complies with the requirements of TSG 21-2016 Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Fixed Pressure Vessels and GB4793.4 Anti dry burning alarm device: When the water level is below the low water level, the heating power will be automatically cut off and an alarm message will be displayed.

■ Safety valve for automatic overpressure relief: When the set pressure is exceeded, the safety valve opens to release the pressure.

Electronic circuit safety device: DC control circuit with overvoltage and overload protection, AC main circuit with short-circuit protector.
